This Privacy Policy explains how Orca System processes information when users connect supported third-party services, including LinkedIn, to authorized workflow automations.
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, the application may access basic account information, authorization identifiers and information required to perform approved actions such as preparing or publishing content.
Information is used only to authenticate authorized integrations and execute workflows requested or approved by the user. The application does not sell personal information.
Connected workflows may prepare or publish content only according to their configured permissions and approval rules. Users remain responsible for reviewing workflow settings and authorized actions.
Authentication credentials and tokens are kept in protected application storage and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the authorized integration.
Use of services such as LinkedIn is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers.
Users may revoke the application’s access through the connected service. Requests concerning stored integration data may be submitted through the official Orca System LinkedIn Page.
This policy may be updated when the application, its integrations or its data-handling practices change.
